Battery was shot. It didn’t charge and was dead on arrival. Got a refund so it wasn’t a wash. I wish it worked. But they were really helpful. It happens. I guess my only comment would be: make sure the battery is viable and able to hold a charge prior to shipping. Meaning the usb light turns green. Or at least it’s holding a charge by staying red for more than a few minutes. It would show that the battery isn’t below the threshold voltage. This can happen if the battery stays idle for long periods of time.
